I’ve been looking for the perfect WRX for about a year now, and when I reached out to Kari to see what might be available, she had it! She was flexible with my busy work schedule so I could get in to see and drive the car, was knowledgeable, gave me all the info on the car, gave me a great deal, and was so pleasant to work with. Kara in finance helped me out with great finance rates so I didn’t have to do outside financing which would have delayed the process, and offered me extra warranty without being pushy. It’s so nice to see people that work as a team. Mike out front was super friendly and got my salesperson quickly, and another salesperson even helped while Kari had another client so I didn’t have to wait to take home my new car. It is so nice to see an establishment work together to make a customer happy. I love the car, and I loved the experience from start to finish!

Had a great experience bringing my car here. The line of communication was open and very simple. It was nice being able to review their recommendations and approve them online as opposed to having to discuss it over the phone. I also liked seeing the estimate for each piece of work separated out into parts and labor. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car for the two days my car was there which gave me peace of mind for getting around. I really appreciate my service advisor Jon and the rest of the team at Baierl.
